Professor Michael G. Rossmann, a renowned structure biologist

The Biophysical Society of China and the Institute of Biophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), on behalf of China's structure biology researchers, extended their sincere condolences to the family of Professor Michael. G. Rossmann and Purdue University following the professor's passing at the age of 88.

Professor Michael. G. Rossmann is one of the world's most renowned structure biologists. He has maintained a close relationship with structure biologists throughout China and has helped cultivate a large number of esteemed Chinese structure biologists across the world.
