Hosted by Australian Society for Mechanobiology (AUSMB), the conference aims to present latest research results in global mechanobiology studies and is expected to bring together150 academic representatives from around the globe.
Various topics will be discussed during the conference, such as biomedical engineering, tissue and cell mechanics, mechanical pathology, biomechanical sensing molecules, cardiovascular research, and experimental and computational biomechanics.
Mechanobiology is an emerging field of science at the interface of biology and engineering that focuses on how physical forces and changes in the mechanical properties of cells and tissues contribute to development, cell differentiation, physiology, and disease.
Experts, students and enthusiasts of biophysics and biomedical engineering studies are welcomed to Sydney for the event.
