The China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) organized an educational campaign on Party history and the 2021 opening ceremony of its Party school on March 15. All members of the Party branch of the board of directors of the Biophysical Society of China (BSC) attended the conference online.

Huai Jinpeng, Party secretary and executive vice-president of CAST, issued a report, saying that as Party history education is significant in the Party's political life CAST needs to play a leading role in building the learning platform of CAST's Party school and in making practical contributions for people in the spirit of science and scientists.

Huai emphasized that learning Party history needs tight organization, effective publicity and no formalism so it can give a clear direction to all Party branches.

Participants said that they will deeply learn the spirit of the conference, focus on different key educational elements, and make a specific study plan to do a better job.

All Party branches of the BSC will continue deep learning of Party history through theory study and experience exchanges and reviewing expert reports.
