The Biophysical Society of China (BSC) went to Guizhou Province on March 27 to conduct a research seminar with the Zunyi Association for Science and Technology. The two sides discussed issues such as the joint construction of the "Biophysical Society of China-Zunyi Medical University - Zunyi Science and Technology Innovation Center".

The BSC's director general Liu Pingsheng, Miao Long, head of the BSC Science Popularization Education Working Committee, and Shi Tingchang, president of the Zunyi Association for Science and Technology, all attended the seminar.

Members of the Leading Party Group and Vice-President Zhao Xingjiang of the association, Professor Xu Jingyu of Zunyi Medical University, and relevant heads of the BSC also took part.

At the seminar, both sides had deep discussions on the construction methods, goals and content of the "Biophysical Society of China-Zunyi Medical University - Zunyi Science and Technology Innovation Center".

Liu Pingsheng, director general of the BSC, said the BSC will give full play to its strengths to promote Zunyi's scientific and technological innovation and science popularization work, and assist in the construction of the center.
