Six experts were invited to deliver reports and share the latest scientific results in phenomics. They were: Tian Mei, a professor at HuPI; Liu Mofang, a researcher at the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS); Liu Guanghui, a researcher at the CAS Institute of Zoology; Cheng Jing, a researcher at the Institute of Rare Diseases of West China Hospital, Sichuan University; Li Huaping, an associate professor at Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College of HUST; and Xia Mingfeng, an associate researcher at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University.

The presentations covered such topics as molecular imaging, RNA regulation and men’s reproductive health, programming and reprogramming of aging, pathogenic gene identification based on a large CDGC hearing loss cohort, non-cytoplasmic sRNAs and diabetic myocardial injuries, as well as the heterogeneity of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
